A website has been set up dedicated to the craze which can be created on people's mobile phones using face detection technology. Some of the celebs who have felt the full effect of the disturbing face swap include the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian as well as Justin Bieber and a fan.
